The LakeCities Ballet Theatre was founded
in 1984 to promote and preserve the art of
ballet in the North Texas area.
LBT has strived to present full-length classical
ballet performances at affordable ticket prices.
While achieving this goal, LBT offers audiences the
opportunity to experience world renown guest artists
while also providing a venue for student dancers to
perform and train with professional choreographers and
dancers.
LBT's reputation for quality has grown and its audience
is now drawn from the larger D/FW metroplex area.
